Select a section below to read its terms.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using EasyPrint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply when you use any EasyPrint service, including the public website, registered user account, guest upload service, self-service kiosk, document retrieval, printing, photocopying, payment, credit, receipt, and support functions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use EasyPrint.

2. EasyPrint Services

EasyPrint is a self-service printing and photocopying system designed to supplement the existing services of CopyCorner within Pambayang Dalubhasaan ng Marilao.

EasyPrint consists of a physical kiosk, a web-based document-upload platform, and related administrative and transaction-monitoring functions.

Depending on service availability, users may:

  • Upload supported documents through the EasyPrint website.
  • Submit documents using a USB flash drive.
  • Upload documents through the kiosk's local Wi-Fi network.
  • Retrieve a previously uploaded document using a valid print code.
  • Scan and photocopy supported physical documents.
  • Preview documents and select available printing settings.
  • Pay using coins, registered account credits, guest credits, or supported combined payment.
  • Receive transaction receipts, credits, or recovery information when applicable.
3. Service Availability

EasyPrint is available only while the kiosk and its required components are operational. Service availability may depend on:

  • Campus and kiosk-area access hours.
  • Electrical power and network availability.
  • Printer and scanner availability.
  • Paper, ink, and thermal-paper availability.
  • Coin acceptor and payment-system availability.
  • Maintenance, repair, and system updates.

EasyPrint does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. Services may be temporarily limited, disabled, or suspended to prevent incorrect transactions or protect users, documents, payments, and equipment.

4. Registered and Guest Access

EasyPrint may be accessed through a registered account or through guest access, where guest access is available.

Registered users

Registered users may receive account-based features such as:

  • Uploaded-file management.
  • Private and public document settings.
  • Transaction history.
  • Notifications.
  • Profile and account management.
  • Registered account credits.

Guest users

Guest users may use basic upload, document retrieval, printing, photocopying, coin-payment, and guest-credit functions. Guest users do not receive the complete account, file, transaction, and credit-management features available to registered users.

5. Account Responsibility

Registered users must provide accurate account information and keep their passwords, email verification codes, password-reset codes, QR login tickets, and active sessions private.

Users are responsible for actions performed through their accounts unless unauthorized access is reported and verified.

Users must not:

  • Share their accounts with unauthorized persons.
  • Use another person's account.
  • Impersonate another user.
  • Access another user's private documents, transactions, or account credits.
  • Attempt to bypass login, verification, or session-security controls.
6. Guest Access and Accountability

Guest kiosk access may require the user to read and accept a guest-access notice before continuing.

EasyPrint may capture a guest photograph for security, accountability, support investigation, and authorized audit purposes.

Information about how guest photographs and other guest-session information are collected, used, protected, accessed, retained, and deleted is provided in the EasyPrint Privacy Policy and the guest-access notice.

7. Document Ownership and Permitted Use

Users may upload, retrieve, scan, photocopy, or print only documents that they own or are legally authorized to use and reproduce.

Users must not submit documents that:

  • Violate applicable law or institutional policy.
  • Infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Contain malware or intentionally harmful content.
  • Contain personal information obtained through unauthorized access.
  • Are fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Are intended to interfere with or damage EasyPrint.

EasyPrint may reject, quarantine, restrict, or remove documents that violate these Terms or create a security, legal, or operational risk.

8. Supported Files and Security Validation

EasyPrint currently accepts supported PDF and DOCX documents, subject to the active file-size and page-count limits displayed by the system.

The standard maximum upload size is 25 MB. The maximum number of pages allowed for a document or transaction may be controlled by the active administrative configuration.

Uploaded documents may undergo:

  • Filename and file-type validation.
  • Magic-byte verification.
  • Malware scanning.
  • PDF security inspection.
  • Secure document conversion.
  • Page counting and document preview generation.

Unsupported, corrupted, encrypted, password-protected, suspicious, or unsafe documents may be rejected.

Passing automated security checks does not guarantee that a document is lawful, accurate, safe, correctly formatted, or free from every possible defect.

9. Print Codes and Document Privacy

A print code identifies a document uploaded through the EasyPrint web platform.

Unless a different validity period is clearly displayed by the system, an unused print code remains valid for three days from generation. After successful printing, its code becomes unavailable for another printing transaction.

Private registered documents

A private document may be retrieved only after the registered owner successfully signs in at the kiosk and ownership is verified.

Public registered documents

A public document may be retrieved by another person who possesses its valid print code.

Guest documents

Guest-uploaded documents use bearer print codes. Anyone who obtains the valid code may be able to retrieve the associated document.

Users are responsible for keeping print codes private when the associated document contains confidential or sensitive information.

10. Document Preview and User Confirmation

Before payment, users must review the displayed document preview and confirm the selected:

  • Document and page count.
  • Pages to print.
  • Paper size.
  • Orientation.
  • Color or black-and-white mode.
  • Number of copies.
  • Single-sided or duplex setting.
  • Total calculated price.

By confirming the transaction, the user authorizes EasyPrint to process and print or photocopy the document using the displayed settings.

Users remain responsible for errors already present in the submitted document and for incorrect settings they confirm.

11. Printing and Photocopying Limitations

Only the services, paper sizes, color modes, orientations, copy quantities, and duplex options displayed as available may be selected.

EasyPrint currently supports Short and A4 paper sizes for printing. Available options may depend on the printer, paper supply, administrative configuration, and current kiosk condition.

A setting contained in an uploaded document does not require EasyPrint to provide an unsupported printer, paper size, finishing option, or service.

12. Pricing

Printing and photocopying prices are based on the active EasyPrint pricing configuration.

The final charge may consider:

  • Service type.
  • Paper size.
  • Color classification.
  • Selected pages.
  • Number of copies.
  • Single-sided or duplex printing.

The applicable total must be displayed before payment confirmation.

Pricing updates apply to future calculations and must not silently change a transaction that has already been confirmed and paid.

13. Payment

EasyPrint currently supports:

  • Validated coin payments.
  • Registered account credits.
  • Guest-credit codes.
  • Supported combinations of coins and account credits.

Printing or photocopying will not begin until the full required amount has been validated.

Only configured coin denominations are accepted. Coin events that do not belong to the active transaction may be rejected.

EasyPrint does not automatically provide physical cash change. Eligible excess payment is handled through the applicable EasyPrint credit or recovery process.

14. EasyPrint Credits

Registered account credits and guest credits do not expire.

Registered account credits

Registered account credits are linked to the authenticated user's account. Ownership is determined from the registered user session.

Guest credits

Guest credits are bearer credits. Anyone possessing a valid guest-credit code may be able to use its remaining balance.

Credits:

  • May be partially redeemed.
  • Retain their unused balance until fully consumed, revoked, or administratively closed.
  • Cannot be withdrawn as physical cash.
  • Cannot be sold or exchanged outside the authorized EasyPrint process.

Guest credits cannot be transferred into a registered account. Registered account credits cannot be converted into guest-credit codes.

15. Excess Payments and Payment Recovery

When a transaction is interrupted, fails before the paid service is fully completed, or contains eligible excess coin payment, EasyPrint may preserve the recoverable amount through:

  • A registered account-credit adjustment.
  • A guest credit.
  • A recovery token.
  • Another authorized recovery action.

The recoverable amount includes only the payment value that was not already applied, successfully fulfilled, returned, credited, or previously redeemed.

A recovery token may be redeemed only once. Recovery tokens remain available until consumed or administratively closed.

No credit is created when the recoverable amount is zero or when the recovery has already been completed.

16. Failed Printing and Transaction Remedies

When payment is accepted but the requested service is not completed because of a verified EasyPrint, kiosk, printer, scanner, payment, or hardware failure, the transaction may be investigated using its payment, printing, recovery, error, and audit records.

Depending on the verified result, EasyPrint or CopyCorner may provide:

  • A reprint.
  • An account-credit adjustment.
  • A guest credit.
  • A recovery token.
  • Another appropriate authorized remedy.

Users requesting support should provide the transaction identifier, kiosk information, approximate time, and a description of the problem when available.

17. Document Storage and Deletion

EasyPrint temporarily stores uploaded documents to provide preview, retrieval, synchronization, printing, security, and support functions.

EasyPrint is not intended to serve as permanent cloud storage. Users should retain their original document files.

A stored document may become unavailable when:

  • Its print code expires.
  • It has been successfully printed.
  • Its registered owner deletes it.
  • It is rejected for security reasons.
  • It is removed through an authorized administrative or legal action.

Transaction, payment, credit, support, security, audit, and operational records may be retained separately after the uploaded document itself has been removed.

18. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Bypass or manipulate payment controls.
  • Create, replay, or introduce false coin events.
  • Use another user's account or credit.
  • Guess, steal, or distribute confidential access codes.
  • Interfere with the kiosk, printer, scanner, USB port, local Wi-Fi, coin acceptor, or thermal printer.
  • Upload malware or intentionally unsafe files.
  • Exploit system errors or vulnerabilities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to user, administrative, document, transaction, or system information.
  • Use EasyPrint for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
19. Privacy and Personal Information

EasyPrint may process information including:

  • Account and profile information.
  • Uploaded documents and file metadata.
  • Print codes and credit records.
  • Guest-session information and photographs.
  • Transaction and receipt information.
  • Authentication and security events.
  • Support messages and attachments.
  • Kiosk and operational records.

Further information about the collection, purpose, use, access, disclosure, security, retention, and deletion of personal information is provided in the EasyPrint Privacy Policy.

Read the EasyPrint Privacy Policy
20. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the documents they submit.

By submitting a document, the user gives EasyPrint limited permission to validate, scan, quarantine, temporarily store, convert, preview, synchronize, retrieve, and print the document as required to provide the requested service.

The EasyPrint name, interface, source code, documentation, graphics, logo, and original system materials remain the property of their respective owners.

21. Suspension and Restriction

EasyPrint may restrict or suspend an account, session, print code, credit, transaction, document, or service when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Unauthorized access.
  • Fraud or payment manipulation.
  • Security threats.
  • Prohibited documents.
  • Repeated invalid attempts.
  • System abuse.
  • Maintenance or hardware failure.
  • Applicable legal requirements.
  • Violation of these Terms.
22. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EasyPrint is not responsible for loss caused by:

  • Incorrect settings confirmed by the user.
  • Errors already present in the submitted document.
  • Public or guest print codes shared or exposed by the user.
  • Unsupported fonts, formatting, page sizes, or document features.
  • Temporary interruptions outside EasyPrint's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Changes to These Terms

EasyPrint may update these Terms when its services, supported functions, payment rules, credit policies, security requirements, or applicable policies change.

The latest effective date will be displayed at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, user dashboard, kiosk, or another appropriate notice.
